What forms of payment do you accept, and when is payment due?
For website development services, 50% payment is due before begining work, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of your project. Search engine marketing services require payment in full before begining work. We accept checks and PayPal.

Are your servers in your house?
No. Our servers are housed in a completely secure facility and are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do I have to get an email address with my site?
Yes.

Do you have web stats (the ability to track traffic to my site)?
Yes.

Do I have to host my site on your server?
No. We can design and build a web site for you that lives on another server. This would be a static site that would need to be changed manually either by you, by us, or by another web designer.

If you want the ability to change your content where ever and whenever you want, your site will need to be on our server. Our administrative service uses a custom configuration of Coldfusion that most hosting companies do not have. Our files that run the administrative service cannot be transferred to other servers.

Can I transfer a domain I bought somewhere else to you, so that I can use your Web services?
Yes. Please contact us and tells us what your needs are. We will provide you with nameserver information to transfer your domain name.

Can I pay for hosting with Paypal.
Yes. After your account is set up, we will show you how to make payments for your hosting using paypal and we can set it up for monthly, biannual, or annual payments.

Can I add a shopping cart later?
Yes. These can be added to your site at any time without the need to rebuild the site.
